The standard Kozy straps will fit to ladies size XS-L and men XS-M (top straps approx 65" bottom straps approx 30"). XL straps are recommended for those who fall ABOVE these sizes, or anyone near these sizes who is also VERY TALL (top straps approx 80" bottom straps approx 40")
